What are the benefits of joining Silver/Gold Membership?

Prices displayed on the website are of Bronze Membership prices. With only RM40.00/3months for Silver Membership ; RM60.00/3months for Gold Membership, you are entitled for further discount for all items on our website. There will also be discount events exclusively for Silver member and Gold member occasionally. For more information on the price differences among Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership, please check out the product descriptions before signing up as a member.

Does your company support dropship services?

Yes, we do. To reduce the hassle, our members (dropship agents) are expected to provide your customer’s details upon check out in order for us to proceed with the shipment for your respective customers.

Is there any surcharge on postage for Shopee/Lazada orders?

No, there will be no extra charges other than the RM2.00/order service fees, as postage for all Shopee/Lazada orders will beared by the respective customers.

How long does it take to have my orders shipped after the order is confirmed (paid)?

Payments made before 3:00 p.m., orders will be shipped on the same day. Whilst, orders confirmed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped immediately on the next working day.

Is it possible for self-pick up?

Yes, it is possible. Upon checkout, simply click on the option “Local Pick-up” before proceeding to make payment. After payment is made, kindly contact us via Live Chat (on the bottom right corner), and provide us your order number in order to arrange your pick-up order.

Is it possible if I were to arrange Grab/Lalamove for product pick-up?

Yes, it is possible. Upon checkout, simply click on the option “Local Pick-up” before proceeding to make payment. After payment is made, kindly contact us via Live Chat (on the bottom right corner), and provide us your order number in order to arrange your pick-up order.

How can I renew my membership?

To renew your membership, click on “Join Us” on the Menu, then scroll all the way to the bottom, you will see “Membership Renewal”, click on “Click Here”, which directs you to a page where you can select whichever membership renewal preferred.

Are the products authentic considering the low prices offered?

Our company is fortunate to have close connections with genuine suppliers back in Korea. Hence, all products are imported directly from Korea which guarantees the authenticity of the products.

Does your company support members who wish to sell products on platforms like Shopee/Lazada?

Yes, we do. However, we will be charging RM2.00/order as service fees. Upon receiving your order, you are expected to share the order waybill during checkout. To do that, simply click on the “Categories” on the Menu, then click on “Accessories”, it will eventually bring you to a page where you can select “Shopee/Lazada Service Charge” to be added in the cart, before proceeding to share your customer’s waybill.

**Please note that skipping this step, you will not be able to share your customer’s waybill.**

How much does the postage cost and which courier services does your company support?

Orders made on our website will be shipped by eDHL as we trust that this courier is able to cater its best services to our customers.

As for the cost of postage, it will be:

  • RM10.00 (covers up to 2kgs) for West Malaysia.

**Extra RM5.00 will be charged with every increase of 1kg**

  • RM20.00 (covers up to 2kgs) for East Malaysia.

**Extra RM10.00 will be charged with every increase of 1kg**

What is the benefit of topping up wallet on website for payment?

Upon topping up your wallet for any purchase made on our website, you will be entitled for 3% reward. For instance, topping up RM100.00, you will receive RM103.00 (extra RM3.00 as reward)!

In the event my membership has expired, will I still be able to rejoin the membership?

Once membership has expired, you will be considered Bronze member on the system automatically. However, you can still rejoin to be entitled for more benefits. All you have to do is simply click on “Join Us” on the Menu, that brings you to a page where you can sign up for any of your preferred membership, namely:

  • Silver Membership for RM40.00/3months OR
  • Gold Membership for RM60.00/3months.
How often does it take for product restocks?

Once products are out of stock, we will try our best to have them restocked as soon as possible. However, it is beyond our control as every restocks depends on our suppliers’ stock availability.
